Gantt chart

Project Gantt chart shows time schedule of project activities by phases, tasks, milestones and meetings. All changes (add new activity, edit) of project activities can be seen to project team members (according to their user rights and settings).

To access main project data: name, client, description, duration, main contact, click show/hide. Using tabs monthly/weekly/daily overview select various possibilities to overview schedule of the project.

To move within time frame, click header line, left or right from the current period.

• To see details of a task (assignees) click +.
• To open task pop-up, click task bar.
• Task mouse-over shows details on firs and last task entry, delays.
• Use icon to export Gantt chart in format .png.
• click SHOW ENTIRE PROJECT to view the project.
• use ACTIVE TASKS, PENDING TASKS, CLOSED TASKS
