Management of large (international) project consortia for EU co-funded projects.
- 4PM project access can be enabled for project partners. Project partners can have various levels of user/project access rights. Lead partner (beneficiary) has full project management rights and overview, partners have management control and overview over their part of the project.
- management of project team and access rights - each partner can manage it's project team
- project activity plan, implementation, and reporting (hours, effort, comments)
- financial planning and assembling costs:
- by partners
- by periods
- by actual and eligible costs, cost areas
- various levels of co-funding
- reporting (export functionality)
New projects are entered in tab PROJECTS / NEW PROJECT:
- select project type - selection is set in the licence. Project type cannot be changed latter.
- form with fields for basic data in the scorecard is opened
- fill in required fields (obligatory fields are marked with *).
- project name
- project group
- main project participants: project manager, client and main contact person
- start date
- All fields can be modified latter.
Before entering new project to 4PM
- gather general project data:
- project name
- project duration: estimated start and end date
- project goals
- project team:
- project organizational structure (project roles) and project team
- external co-workers (suppliers, subcontractors, partners, ...)
- client (organization's management for internal projects, customers)
- project budget
- activities for achieving the goals
New project by copying existing
Existing projects (i.e. project templates) can be copied:
- go to PROJECT TEMPLATE scorecard
- click button COPY to open COPY FORM:
- select what you wish to copy:
- general data (project scorecard - name, project duration...)
- project team
- project structure with tasks, milestones
- project structure with assignments (dates, planned hours, assignees)
- project cost plan (budget)
- project portal structure.
If you enter NEW START DATE, all planned project activities (tasks, milestones...) will move according to new start date.
