Other

4PM supports monitoring of special financial events that do not have direct impact on financial state of the project (guarantees, outflows, revenues...). In the tab OTHER this financial events can be entered, for later project analysis.

1. Click add to open form.
2. select : PROJECT OR PHASE
3. TYPE - a list is set in GENERAL / FINANCE / OTHER
4. DEBITOR
5. DOCUMENT ID and DATE OF THE DOCUMENT and DUE DATE
6. VALUE
7. add description.

Time filters

To use time filter, select check box date filter. Assembled cost overview can be set to various time frames with the use of time filters' on the top. To set default project overview click to select:

• by month (calendar)
• by project periods (set in SCORECARD)
• custom
• default overview is the project duration.

When you move from tab to tab, set time frames stay the same.
