Summary overviews cost plan and cost

Overview integrates cost plan in assembled costsby projects and.

Cost plan and assembled costs can be monitored in multi-dimensional tables. To prepare an overview select categories: phase (work package), task and cost type.

First table contains cumulative numbers by selected categories. Following tables shoy analytics by third choice (not obligatory).

The table contains funds available, according to cost plan. Red numbers - over budget, or budget in value 0. To see plan details and costs, use mouse-over.

Time filters

To use time filter, select check box date filter. Assembled cost overview can be set to various time frames with the use of time filters' on the top. To set default project overview click to select:

• by month (calendar)
• by project periods (set in SCORECARD)
• custom
• default overview is the project duration.

When you move from tab to tab, set time frames stay the same.
