Access Rights
4PM supports two modes of access rights.
- Simple Access Rights (they include project access rights),
- Advanced Access Rights (user groups, project roles and project groups rights - project access is set when selecting project role).
Important to know
- simple access rights include project access rights (project team member, project manager, all projects)
- Advanced Access Rights do not include project access rights. Project access rights are set according to project role.
- pre-set user groups can be changed and/or adapted to your needs.

To avoid typing errors, enter the password twice.

Forgotten password
If you have forgotten your password, contact your application administrator to activate password reset function in ACCESS / USERS / reset password. 4PM will send you e-mail with instructions to enter new password.
