My tasks

The tasks is an activity and influences the course of a certain project. The task has defined human resources (hours of work), the date of commencing and finishing the task.

In the “my tasks” display, all tasks are compiled that have already been or are still assigned to user. My 4PM has three different lists of tasks:

  • do do - tasks assigned to user.
  • to monitor - tasks assigned by user on various projects. Task status can be changed to confirmed or closed.

(assigned, accepted, rejected, done, completed, uncompleted).

  • to manage - tasks on projects that I manage. Tasks status can be changed to confirmed or closed here.

Bear in mind that: • by clicking the field “project”, you open details of a project, • by clicking the field “notify”, you email a note about a task completed to the project manager.

Task and milestone status

  • assigned - new task
  • accepted, rejected - new task has to be accepted/rejected by assignee
  • done - assignee changes the status when it is done and notifies project manager about the change.
  • completed - project manager has to confirm or reject done task. If it is confirmed that it is locked for editing. If it is *rejected, it changes task status to accepted and returns it to assignee.
