Organizations' roles
roles of the organizations can vary between various projects: from contactor, client, partner... Organization can have various roles for each project.
New organization's role:
- click ADD to open the form
- fill in the field "role"(partner).
- Select if organization can perform project tasks (can people from this organization perform tasks=report hours for the project).
- Define positon on the list and save.
ATTENTNION Roles of contractor and client are system records and cannot be changed or deleted.
TIP
- Organization can have various roles for the project. Each role can have one or more organizations.
- Once select organization a project role, you cannot change it later, you can add the organization again with a different organization role.
