Organizations' roles

roles of the organizations can vary between various projects: from contractor, client, partner... Organization can have various roles for each project.

New organization's role:

• click ADD to open the form

• fill in the field "role"(partner).
• Select if organization can perform project tasks (can people from this organization perform tasks=report hours for the project).
• Define positon on the list and save.

ATTENTNION Roles of contractor and client are system records and cannot be changed or deleted.

TIP

1. Organization can have various roles for the project. Each role can have one or more organizations.
2. Once select organization a project role, you cannot change it later, you can add the organization again with a different organization role.
