Overview of my work

An overview of the work performed for a period (default current month) by day. By clicking the “hourglass”, you can quickly enter the work already performed and the expenses for a specific day.

Daily overview of my work

To open daily overview click on a date field. Here is the list of project and non-project work, absences, mileage and cost. All entries can be edited, deleted or added new (if the are not locked).

Good to know:

• project entry can be edited/deleted if it is not confirmed,
• all entries can be edited/deleted if they are not locked (for a project or in a period)
• all entries can be edited/deleted if they are within open period.

Tips

• User can have maximal DAILY HOURS LIMIT (participant settings)
• User can have LIMIT BACKWARD/FORWARD HOURS ENTRY (application and participant settings)
• User can have PROJECT ENTRY LIMIT (project scorecard, licence).
