General
ZIP codes includes a list of Slovenian posts but any other post can be added.
- first choose a country
- enter ZIP code and ZIP name.
Work calendar
Each organization can specify the work calendar for all 4PM users: workdays, general work time, working days and holidays
Working time: default working time is 8:00-16:00 and includes 0:30 lunch time. Changes here influence the overtime work, holidays and holiday hours.
Units
You will need units when you prepare complex financial plan for co-financed projects (cross-border cooperation, SEE...)
Vehicles and vehicle types
Only when travel order module is on.
- first define vehicle types :
- company car: KM counter: start and finish number of KM on the counter, vehicle list enabled (more than one);
- personal car: has owner (employee), vehicle list enabled (more than one);
- public transport: no KM counter, no vehicle list, no owner.
Administrator should edit data on company cars and personal cars before the start of the use of travel orders:
- personal car should have owner (employee) and vehicle reg. No,
- company car – vehicle reg. No.
